Pros
Using technology makes work easier and more efficient. Although work can be stressful at times, it can be quite peaceful and organized. We don't take demands home with us. We follow a routine that helps the brain learn its functions and do the same thing every day.
Cons
Almost no opportunity for professional growth. If you work well, you'll only get more work and responsibility, but never a bonus or promotion. There's almost nothing for employees, no gifts, no Christmas cards. Small benefits, like a shuttle bus, have been cut, while the company is growing and profiting like never before.
