Pros

Good compensation as per industry standards

Cons

1. Lot of toxic teams with high focus on Deliverables and no regards to personal time and employee's health(not worth the pay) 2. After a certain time you will be stuck in using similiar tools to solve that particular bussiness problem as they have a pre defined scale which requires certain suits of tool. Once you learn all of it growth is limited in that team. 3. Always go for team which generate revenue or else you'll be stuck in team which is struggling to get sponsored and justify it's size to leadership. aka only care about things moving fast to prod and no team bonding of employee mental health care or learnings of the org.

Pros

Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

Cons

You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
