- Low salary; - No growth - you may wait for several review cycles and every time you will be told to amend something in your Promo doc; - Yearly salary review is less than the level of inflation; - Salary increase on new level doesn't cover the loss of sign on bonus and the company will do everything for you to loose sign on bonus prior to acquiring a new level; - You may be told via official email with everyone copied in it that you are ok to change your Role/Team and then, in a couple of month, told that the previous decision was taken back; - 100% of staff 5 days a week return to office policy; - All those "Amazon Leadership Principles" are just a bunch of fancy empty words - since even the Management doesn't follow them; - Lot's of unnecessary meetings - total waste of time; - Lunches in the office only 2 days a week and of very mediocre quality; - Parking reimbursement only 50% of the price.
