Pros
The pay is on-time and good. There are internal job postings opportunities for you. The allowances, bonus, gifts and extra pay for overtimes are justifiable and good. Great work culture and freedom.
Cons
Favoritism is something that I didn't expected in Amazon but unfortunately it is there, so if you are planning on giving any internal exams/tests you should make sure that you are your managers favorite. You can't apply to internal posts in Amazon through their internal portal being already employed in Amazon which seemed a bit odd for me. Hikes are limited so once your increment is done it's done!!!
