Nice people and management, especially in Inbound Problem Solve department. Not bad possibilities for future career development. Overall good working experience. Great concern about safety in the company.
Cons
Awful workhours schedule making people from day shift wait for the train to get home 1 hour after 10 hour shift. Policies that hinder the development of highly qualified employees in other areas. Judgment by nationality wide spread. Not well established processes. Ignorance of people who have to convey information to other employees. And many controversial points that you understand by the time you work.
