Pros
Easy if you're fit and able to work continuously. The best thing was being able to use paid time off at anytime with an hour heads up. If I had 6 hours of paid time off, I'd let my manager know I was leaving in an hour and I'd use my time. Not sure if its like that anymore, very convenient at the time for me. It made me work there longer then I wanted.
Cons
When applying for other positions, your resume was scored digitally, Meaning if you didn't use the correct words the bot wouldn't push your application forward and you wouldn't get an interview.
