Pros

The company itself and the Leadership Principles are great. The pay is good too and you get to work with a lot of intelligent folks who are driven. You can move internally with great relocation packages.

Cons

The growth opportunities are rare from L5 to L6 unless your project is greenfield with not too many people in your team or you are exceptionally talented. The criteria for promotion is well defined however, it is rarely followed. I have seen many talented individuals moving out because of this after 5 - 6 years of being on the same position. The company values only the cream of the crop, and the rest are just there. The pay rises per year is also negligible.

Pros

Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

Cons

You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
