Pros
Amazon is seen as a “great achievement” to land a job with. Good springboard to next job.
Cons
Culture is poor here. They under-hire, while also only hiring high achievers and expect you to do the work of 3-5 people. People get burnt out and leave quickly. If you think Amazon is comparable to Apple, Google, etc. think again. They are a cheap company that invests as little as possible in their people.
