Pros
Some orgs really strive to make change in culture. There is a lot of structure in development and there is absolute job security if you do what you’re told.
Cons
Severe lack of women is high level leadership. There is also a very callous approach to leadership when anyone is stressed out. The company forces people out to meet an attrition goal and will increase audits to “raise the bar” instead of investing to find people a job that fits or ensure they are set up for success. The hours are brutal and it is rarely encouraged to use your time.
