A unique work experience, approach and work culture. Safety and environmentally aware. The employment/workplace culture is great. Flexibility is here. Many opportunities available to grow and advance within this organization if you so desire.
Cons
Standards and procedures constantly change if available. Finding pathways can be challenging without good help in such a large organization. Long working hours are possible on a regular basis, something that you may or may not adjust well to over time. Not enough Paid time off. Bonuses are non existent.
