Pros

- Decent benefits - Somewhat flexible schedule - Offers career choice program

Cons

Lots of cons here: - Overwhelming amount of information that you are forced to learn by yourself, especially while on calls with sellers. There's a month-long training when you start out but it doesn't cover 80% of what you encounter. In addition, the information is often inaccurate and you don't find out about it until you get stuck and are being harassed by sellers. - STRESSFUL. Every day you come in to work and you get yelled at by sellers for something that you can't control and you can't fix right now as it needs to be passed to internal teams. You can only sit there and take sellers yelling at you. - Sometimes calls will NOT end at the end of your shift or will come 2 minutes before your shift ends and you are required to pick it up and not hang up. Some calls will take up to 4 hours. You can still be on the 4-hour call even after your shift ends. This makes it hard to expect when you can leave. - Stupid metrics that are counted against you even if it's beyond your control. - You work with some incompetent people doesn't do their job properly and efficiently. Of which, you end up being grouped and criticized along with them. - No upward mobility. The leadership team will say there are ways to move up but all it is, is just them dangling a carrot in front of you. The justification for everything will always be "it's based on business needs." - Lateral mobility isn't that great either. If you're in the US, you're out of luck from even applying to a lot of the other L3 positions available as it's only available to people in either India or Costa Rica. - Culture lives on fake positivity and leadership principles only apply when the leadership team wants to apply them.

Pros

Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

Cons

You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
