Pros
They have a good UPT policy, and adequate vacation time. The pay is decent when they decide to give bonuses or Double OT with peak pay. You get Holidays off and paid, and get access up to 75% of your pay early. They also offer PTO balance.
Cons
Management is always young and inexperienced, leading to poor decision making, and poor scheduling. It also creates a improperly managed facility due to them being college grads straight out of college, being thrown into a position above process assistant
