      Great atmosphere Great starting pay Great Culture A way to get your foot in the door at AWS Numerous opportunities to excel They offer mentoring to guide you through your process as an intern No micro managing No ceiling

      Cons

      There are many cons to every job. Being an intern there is no guarantee that they will hire you once your internship is over. So take the time to ask questions during your 1:1 meetings with your mentor and manager. Discuss what your learning and what you feel you need more work on. Make sure you reach out to shadow someone if you do not understand something.

      Pros

      Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

      Cons

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
