Pros
-Great for those who have a passion for ensuring the safety of fellow workers -Insurance benefits if you need them -weekly pay -since you work at early ours and leave work early in the day you avoid traffic
Cons
-no work life balance, poor onboarding/training experience, poor communication skills from higher up managers that are also new and that are expected to lead others, stubborn managers who operate with a narrow mind, poor team collaboration (it seems as its AM's against WHS), poor team set up when moving to new buildings, low pay for position when there are other companies that pay higher wages
