      1. A market leader and innovative company, great brand. 2. Leadership principals which truly lead everything in the company, with customer obsession as it main one. Makes you feel safe that you know what guides this huge ship. 3. A large company which means you have the option to develop and grow your career 4. Great org culture (from my experience so far) 5. Great pay and benefits

      Cons

      1. Large company, so you can get lost sometime looking for simple things 2. In some days it feels a bit too competitive internally 3. You need to adapt to the Amazonian way of doing things and the internal Amazonian culture. Not everyone can relate. Isn't really a con for everyone.

      Cross training that helps for faster growth and more experience.

      Cons

      Sometimes you gotta hurry and find equipment or pit equipment before others snag them and leave you with the “bad” ones. That take forever to get repaired.

      Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

      Cons

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
