Amazon is one of the big companies where there is a lot of emphasis on process, following standards. You will be working with some great minds here. Also there are lot of opportunities within the organization for lateral move if you find something more interesting. Compensations are great.
Cons
The hiring process could be little challenging as as an SDM you are responsible for finding people for your team which is different than other places where recruiting team helps you getting the resources.
