Pros
A great place to work, as it inspires me to be more better everyday by raising my performance bar. The organisation is rich with values and the principle of Lead by Example flows from the top to bottom. The framework of Leadership Principles act as the North Star for me to navigate my way to excel and, to be a good Manager who is obsessed over customers, deliver results in a realistic way and be great Team Member. The bonhomie among the Team merits a special mention as it is superb. The challenges my role offers excites me to accomplish more and more and its always a Day One for me in my organisation. Once again, a great place to be at, if you want to scale new heights of professional and personal growth by using your imagination, skills and going out of the way to do productive tasks.
