      Pros

      It is a great company to work. The on boarding is very structured, and the culture of test and experiment, bias for action are my favorite values. I joined the team 2 months ago, and the first 3 months is all training and get to know the team ans systems. which I have never experienced before. It gives you a good understanding of everything before you start. Also there are so many tools and resources to play with.

      Cons

      There are not plenty of resources and information overload.

      Pros

      Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

      Cons

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
