At AWS, you can both do work that affects millions of customers, and have the freedom to experiment and innovate at work. Also, there are several teams working at different parts of the company, and changing between them is very common.
Cons
It takes a while to feel like you can really contribute, and there is a general feel of learning to swim by jumping into the deep end of the pool. But there are numerous resources to help you.
