In Amazon you can learn a lot, you can grow and build a solid career. A lot of people are very open minded and the company tries a lot to put employees on top of their priorities (after earnings, of course).
Cons
Amazon Italy asks an enormous quantity of working hours to L3+ employees, and if you don't work that hard, growing is just a theoretical possibility.
