Pros
Start up like work culture, well focused leadership team, company’s structure built on Amazon’s core values, solving some of the challenging issues and coming up with innovating solutions, mostly talented and reliable colleagues with diverse professionak backgrounds coming from some of the best business and management schools around the world, competitive pay (great base pay, sign-on bonuses, and RSUs). It is a company that you either love or hate. You meet some colleagues who came to Amazon but never left because they are addicted to the work culture at Amazon.
Cons
Lots of meetings and documentation write-ups, long hours, fast paced (might be hard for some initially), benefits (no, we do not get free prime membership!)
