1. Firstly, this is a high tech call centre which involves constant interaction with the customers on a day to day basis. Even with this amount of hard work, the managers screw up your confidence by discouraging people on their work. 2. Quantity is preferred over quality. The only way to look at your performance is numbers and if its low, they automatically put you in a PIP(performance improvement plan) 3. Constantly micromanage you for every task that we are doing. No freedom to take decisions and the only way to survive in a team is to impress the management and your direct managers. 4. No support from the managers to progress in the career.
