Pros
Space for innovation and learning . The nature of works keeps on changing and aswell the duties which makes one alert and tuned. Never gets boring! And casuals to work is kinda cool !
Cons
Management pressure and lack of transparency By the management. Bad perfromance appraisal structures.They bother only about the outcome , not much of encouragement for process improvement ideas .
