very good - Tech Ops Associate Amazon Employee Review

i started working at amazon as a Tech Ops Associate only 3 months ago.initially i was scared about the environment and the work pressure i might encounter but when i started working i was pleasantly surprised.the leads and the manager arr such calm and composed people. they are focused on learning and letting others learn with no discrimination for post nor seniority. they always emphasize ont he fact that everyone in our team grow as a team wholly. intitally the work pressure is less as they focus on learning. though our seniors tell that there isn't focus on quantity or time of job completion but on quality of the work done. these were the few virtues that i loved about amazon. the pay is good to thrive in a costly city like bangalore with special provisions like meal cards and transport facilities. and if you are working from home the re-imburse the internet charges as well.
