Pros
The culture is amazing, the quality of people skills in the company is so strong you know you are working with the best in the industry. The company is growing so rapidly which creates so many career opportunities.
Cons
I have worked for multiple multi-national companies and AWS is by far the most employee friendly organization so hard to pick any cons. If i had to pick one i would say some of the process are not mature or as advance as i would expect from a company driving customers transformation. I feel we could transform and improve some of our internal process faster to lead by example.
