      - Even new employees are trusted and heard at par with old times for new ideas - Empowering and independent working environment - Super talented people to work with on projects that define future for so many domain - Endless opportunity to learn new things and try different career path

      Cons

      - Not for the people who need close monitoring and directions from their managers - The leadership principles really run in the blood vessels so it can be overwhelming for some people. Do not take it lightly! - The environment is very different from typical service industry (for tech positions) so this might be a surprise for those who come to Amazon with such mindset

      Cross training that helps for faster growth and more experience.

      Cons

      Sometimes you gotta hurry and find equipment or pit equipment before others snag them and leave you with the “bad” ones. That take forever to get repaired.

      Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

      Cons

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
