I love that I get to work with many smart people. Because of the size and growth of the organization there are variety of career growth opportunities. My team and manager work collaboratively and there is importance attached to work life balance.
Cons
Due to the complexity of the organization, knowing who to connect with plays a big part in your success. It is also a hierarchy driven organization with much importance attached to levels and titles. Compensation package was not appealing, especially the base pay. The limits to base pay makes it difficult process to negotiate,
