Constantly changing job assignment during shift , No benefits at all only a paycheck, no tuition reimbursement, while ups offers this plus insurance. High turnover rates even for management no one works here for more than three months. They change your schedule regularly and if you cant make it your out of a job. No chances for job advancement.
