Pros
Working as a flex worker allows you to pick your own schedule based on the available shifts provided from the AtoZ app. There are also credits for nice quality work shoes as Amazon partners with Zappos to provide their workforce with high quality workspace safety shoes. They also provide other forms of PPE for free or heavily discounted.
Cons
There may be times when there are not many shifts available or at desirable times. I have found our busiest times to be during summer when students are working more hours that finding hours to fit my schedule is more difficult.
