Pros

It’s a good gym for the corporate tech world if you want to cut your teeth quickly and move up. That said, to get there you have to be highly competitive and mindful of burnout. Their ethics and worldview are shaped around the business needs. The offices are, of course, comfortable and come with plenty of perks, although at times it feels like a high school social environment carried over into adult life.

Cons

Same as above. What may be perks for some can be drawbacks for others, and vice versa. For me, they were mostly drawbacks. I’d also add that there was very little flexibility when it came to work–life balance. At times, the social environment can feel both cliquey and gossipy, which can impact the overall work atmosphere.

Pros

Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

Cons

You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
