- Collaboration only exists if you're in the in-crowd, otherwise it's fairly toxic. Seniors might throw you under the bus to save themselves - Work-life-balance is non-existent - On-call shifts are heinous - Lack of job security: watch out for Focus/PIP/layoffs every 6 months
