Pros
High compensation, work itself is not that challenging. Locations are everywhere, relocation package for L7 is excellent.
Cons
Impossible to get organized, too many admin tasks, increasingly less flexibility on how to manage the business, how to manage your time. Can easily get fired for trying to performance manage out underperformers, or if your boss doesn’t like you. Has become a political nightmare, and they dangle the carrot in front of you for promotions they cannot deliver on.
