      Pros

      The only pros were due to the local agent I worked for. The company and CEO are not something I reflect fondly on.

      Cons

      The company treats their agents horrifically and slashes their compensation annually… as a thank you for decades of service.

      Only earn 6 percent on total premium sold. Don’t earn on renewals.

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
