      Good co-workers. Most customers are great to work with.

      Cons

      The workload increases each month. They expect you to work to the point of burnout. Commission structure is at the agent's benefit and will change frequently.

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
