Pros
Very thorough interview and on-boarding process. Agility does a fantastic job welcoming new employees and ensuring the environment is inclusive. The social committee does a great job organizing team building functions as well. The people are truly supportive here and genuinely want others to succeed, which isn't always the case in some sales teams.
Cons
Salary and benefits could improve. Specifically, subsidizing or paying for parking would be a welcome perk. Lastly, a little disappointed there isn't an RSP match program.
