A Health Spending Account for things like glasses would be nice. Stock options for Innodata (Agility's parent company) would be nice too.

I used benefits and they were covered and when I was no longer there I got a bill for 100% of my services. AND I was 100% supposed to be covered.
Benefits start from day 1 to give new hires peace of mind. Great for families!
They offer it right when you start so you don't have to wait for your benefits to kick on. However, the dental and eye isn't high coverage and their staff sits looking at a computer all day so glasses should be included.
