      Pros

      Great company to work for overall. Claims is a job that entails very little calling out to providers or customers. As an employee here you are also able to take your lunch and breaks when you please. Aflac also provides a Christmas bonus

      Cons

      Not a lot of team building activities were offered in that department.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
