      Pros

      The job itself is fun to help out others. Even when people are upset it feels good to help everyone.

      Cons

      MANAGEMENT HAS GONE DOWNHILL SINCE COVID!!!!!!!!!!!!! It went from caring about to to "If we don't meet these numbers you're fired" They evens tared permanently banning people from rehire if that's even legal

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
