Pros
Aflac is a really great company. When I worked for them I felt that they were always putting their employees and customers first. They are a family company and care a great deal about their fellow employees.
Cons
The biggest problem I had with working at Aflac was the location of the Headquarters. With it being in Columbus, GA the city isn't too terribly big and can get boring.
