    Friendly atmosphere Lots of PTO Employees are well appreciated with gifts and prizes Great food in cafeteria Sustainably oriented company

    Cons

    Difficult to move positions Same customer service issues are present after years of working here Intense micromanagement (call center) No time to participate in clubs/events (call center) No coaching from leadership

    Pay is awesome! It feels good to tell people you work at AFLAC. Resources for career development.

    Cons

    Call Center is probably the worst place I have ever worked Production trumps a healthy state of mind. 11am-8pm shift - no work life during the week PLUS there is word about Saturday’s being mandatory for some people. High level stress. Not a lot of support. Seems like you have to jump through SEVERAL hoops just to promote within. Coworkers not very friendly-

    They do offer overtime sometimes.

    Cons

    Tied down the the phones all day with angry customers and extremely rude agents. They give you things with stipulations on them. “You can have this but you can only use it when they say so.”
