      Pros

      Great company history and culture. Excellent training available and opportunities for success if you are a go-getter and have resources available to you to get started.

      Cons

      Must get state license, have a good plan for prospects, and good management support. If you work hard in the beginning and persistant, it will work for you. Language in the industry is difficult at first. It is sales so get used to hearing no a lot.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
