Pros
The work is temp, but that allows you to gain experience in various areas - increasing your value for when you want to apply for a position that is a step upward.
Cons
You have the option of buying into their benefits package (which is really expensive) or purchasing your own benefits independent of the company. Employees don't get comp time (to my knowledge). If you take a sick/vacation day, you just don't get paid for that day. However, all of this is common among the temp agency field.
