    Pros

    Good company to build experience. The people are fun, social culture is amazing. Builds work ethic and patience. If you want to learn how to survive in corporate America work here.

    Cons

    Promoting culture is flawed, they only promote from within and everyone is pressured into a sales role. If you are uninterested in sales do not work here.
    Social culture is forced upon you. Emotional attachment to your peers and the company is used manipulate you into working long hours.
