Pros
- Develop solid recruiting skills with the right leadership. - Really enjoyed working with certain teammates through the highs and lows. - Corporate trainings can be fun and help raise the bar. - Travel and multiple growth pathways. - Decent base salary for a sales/commission role.
Cons
- Remote flexibility that had been promised after reaching a certain duration of employment was taken away with almost no notice. - Poor communication from leadership that would result in wasted time recruiting on positions that have already been filled. - Internal competition viewed by leadership to raise the tide collectively, but lead to back stabbing amongst peers and resentment. - When addressing issues or giving feedback, they would give you the homework to give feedback to your peers usually resulting in no change and continuation of poor teamwork. - Expected to hit KPI's even when taking PTO, which lead to poor mental health (this depends on your manager).
