      Pros

      Its a great company that allows you to gain tons of experience. Pay is very good. Health care & bonuses are good. Good work from home benefits, & malleability for its employees.

      Cons

      low chance of moving up, might take very long even with credentials. lots of overwork, however is worth it if you are motivated and ambitious.
