Company needs to care for it's Employees more - Operations AIG Employee Review

Many moons ago company was fun but after their downfall the company was never the same. They took so much away from the employees and now all they seem to do is layoff folks no matter how long they have been there. There didn't seem much room for promotions and if there was something available you had to be "in" with the manager.
