      Great benefits, great people, and good work-life balance. Lots of opportunities.

      Cons

      Technology and systems need improvement. Large company, tremendous amount of legacy data, and multiple business units make it difficult bring all the technology needs under one system.

      Pros

      Good compensation structure, bonuses were higher that the industry average. Freedom to be entrepreneurial and do what I thought would work in my territory

      Cons

      Zonal management had a lot of turn over at the time, some not qualified to lead.
