      Cons

      Where to begin. Its a sales machine first, last and always. Therefore, they have to "feed the beast" at all times. This means improper procedures, terrible management, diluted product and services, etc. etc. The culture is so toxic. Management will lie to you at every turn. Do not trust any of them. Do not go to HR for anything. They are only there to defend management and make it easier to fire you. Please - stay away. Read the other similar reviews and you will know what I am trying to convey.

      Pros

      Good compensation structure, bonuses were higher that the industry average. Freedom to be entrepreneurial and do what I thought would work in my territory

      Cons

      Zonal management had a lot of turn over at the time, some not qualified to lead.
