- Zero initiatives on sustainability, every out of the box idea gets rejected - Managerial business model - All technical work is sent to other countries (India, China, Poland) - Favouritism culture - only a few people are looked after - Leadership driven office/company - office mostly promotes leadership achievements (even throws a party to celebrate promotions of all director levels) - Leadership are ruthless - redundancies have become the norm every year - Company bids on everything although they want to appear as a company that goes after the big game - Managers vouching against colleagues, behind back talks - Employees that don't meet certain criteria are silently bullied till they are forced to leave or made redundant - People are only recognised when they deliver - quietly promoting overtime working culture - Micromanagement slowly creeping in
