Very nice benefits everything u want but u pay for it. Dental is 85% for medium coverage and u get glasses every two years
Best is Alternative Work Week by which employees can take every second Friday off in lieu of working one extra hour a day. That will add 5 weeks (> 25 days) of vacation to your year
